Job Description

Main purpose of the post:

To assist the Contract Officers in the monitoring, development and implementation of modern contract and client relationship management practices which will shape the future and facilitate the delivery of a quality solution.

To hold responsibility for acting on behalf of the “Authorised Officer” instructing on all Total Facitlites Management (TFM) contract works for the Authority.

To provide support in the co-ordination of the FM Sharepoint site and Operational Client site including contract document management.

To provide a level of accountability to the AD of Business and Property Services by assisting in the discharging of contract Authorised Officer responsibilities.


  • £131.88 to £166.00

Job Requirements

1-Computer Literate
2-Experience of working with and managing stakeholders in a local authority setting
3- Ability to Demonstrate a proactive approach when working towards achieving individual and team target
4-Ability to contribute effectively as a team member and team leader
