An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Shared Services Assistant to join our busy Payroll Team within HR Shared Services for up to 6 months .

This is a varied and challenging role and although an understanding of payroll systems would be an advantage there will be training and support available.

The ideal candidate must be confident in dealing with customers and in providing excellent customer service, and should have experience of working as part of a team.

The candidate should be able to be flexible at key times during the payroll timetable.

Job Requirements

Strong IT skills including mail merge
Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and as well by phone and email
Strong organisational skills excellent attention to detail
Experience of working in a payroll environment
