Salary: £17.33 per hour

This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking HR professional to join our client’s progressive HR team. The Human Resources function plays a leading role in the Strategic Development ensuring that employment considerations are fully understood and accounted for with regard to all service development, structural and cultural change
You will be a credible, positive and proactive HR practitioner with excellent influencing skills and a good track record of making a positive difference. Working with managers, providing generalist HR support, you will demonstrate an understanding of service and provide with critical HR interventions to enable to achieve the objectives.
In order to succeed you will need:
- CIPD qualified (to Level 7)
- Have proven experience of working in a large unionised, multi-faceted organisation.
- Demonstrable experience of supporting managers at a Senior level with restructures, discipline, grievance, harassment, attendance and capability issues.
- Must be able to interpret employment legislation, policies and procedures and advise on more complex human resource issues such as potential TUPE transfers and redundancy processes.
